1. Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes, we deliver to all seven emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery times vary depending on location.

2. How long does delivery take?

Major cities: 1–3 business days
Remote areas: 2–4 business days
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders above AED [X].

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and secure online payment gateways.

5. Can I pay by Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. How do I track my order?

After dispatch, we’ll send you an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

7. Can I change my order or delivery address after placing it?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact our customer support to make changes. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

8. What is your return & exchange policy?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

9. How do I request a return?

Simply contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

11. Do you charge customs or taxes?

No. All orders are shipped within the UAE and are inclusive of VAT. There are no extra customs or duties.
